It is necessary that you update the installer to the SimTools version v2.3.1 since I have updated my computer 
and when installing again "SimTools_RC4" it gives me the error "No Internet Connection Found" which is precisely 
what this new version fixes.

I can not register in simtools so I can not access the games's settings.

I hope you fix it soon.

SimTools will be updated within 30 minutes, I'm sorry for that i was not notified by the developer.
