I have set up the RC4 on a smooth wooden surface in our office. We are testing with Dirt 4. I noticed that the rotation plate is moving about an inch per race when on a high setting.

Hi Nate,
As JMB describes, however i have never had troubles with double sided tape. It depends on how violent you want it, we have something called carpet tape (not sure the name in English) i have a hard time peeling it off after expos.

Had similar issue.
Used a Car boot anti-slip mat.
Very thin and flexible rubberised mesh sheet, costs about 5Eur
Hasn't moved in over 18months
Thanks for the tips! The car mat in particular sounds good for our purposes.
