Incorrect movement

Hi,

The movement of my RacingCube have become a total mess, which makes playing racing games totally unrealistick and  result in motionsickness.

When I test the movement with the simtool game engine output test options I see
The only correct move is Yaw.
The Roll makes the Pitch movement?
Pitch makes a mix of Roll & Pitch (moves from LeftFront to RightBack )
Heave moves from LeftBack To RightFront
Sway makes a Roll movement
and Surge makes the invert movement the Odd Pitch (moves from RightBack To LeftFront)

How can I recalibrate the movements or fix the issue?

regards,
Dave

Hi Dave,

Sounds like the computer have reversed the COM ports, please see the manual here: https://manual.fasetech.com/link/11#bkmrk-simulator-only-rotat

If that does not work, please email us at support@fasetech.com so that we can help you out better.

Reverting didn't fix the strange movement behaviour.
I've mailed all the results to support@fasetech.com

The solution have been found, see below if you encounter the same;

We currently have two versions of the software on the market, a version for RC4v1 and RC4v2 and a version for RC4v3. The wrong version was installed and therefore it will not work properly.
We just updated our back end systems and previously you had access to both versions. That have been fixed now and all old links have been removed. If you have the links saved please remove them and use the new file system here: https://fasetech.com/files/catalog

You will only have access to the version that is compatible with your RC4.
