James,

Correct, the base which cannot be disassembled is 35-40kg. I can move it, but i don't think i would be able to get it to 1st floor alone. There is a lot of different stuff on the pallet, we estimated around 60 - 70 kg at first but with the rotation plate and such, it adds up. I hope you get it in place =)

Nice one Patim, Looks like you've had a good spend up, Enjoy

Will you be joining Iracing?

Once I get the hang of it I wil join iRacing. I will start with experiencing the joy of Project Cars 2. And a spend up it is 😉 but I hope worth every dime.

We are currently experiencing problems with the settings if you are not using the same language as the computer it's saved on. I am on the case and will make a guide to configure SimTools from scratch along with how to make configurations and explaining them. Also, we have a video coming out with flight.

As always, feel free to contact us if you experience problems. The software can be tricky currently, but we are here to help! I hope to see some pictures on the forums soon, quite a lot of people have received their simulator now.

Very excited!

FYI Sept/Oct 2018 orders delayed

I received notice that my order that was selected to ship on 24 Sept 2018 will now not ship until 24 October 2018.  I also received assurance that Fasetech fulfil orders first come first served.  From this we can see that at a minimum, all orders selected to ship between 24 Sept 2018 & 24 Oct 2018 are delayed

Unfortunately that is correct. Some will be more affected than others as the batch closed rather late.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we still have some small issues we need fixed. I can say that your version will be the v2 upgrade with a significant improvement. More on that once the specifications is cleared from the engineer!

No worries I'm sure it will be awesome and sounds like I was lucky getting caught up in the V2 revision

Thanks

Steffen - So what does this actually mean for those of us who received our orders already, which I assume are V1 ? If the V2 has a significant improvement, what are the issues with V1 ?

Perhaps a bit more transparency here would be helpful ??

Hi Andrew,

The improvements will be to prevent the current random issues we are having with the rotation modules, and an upgrade to the construction of the lower frame and rotation pivot as we have experienced some problems of some of the models.

With every batch we fix and improve on the construction and internals if we see any issues and we do of course upgrade affected simulators depending on the issues stated. If your simulator is working, you will not be noticing the changes as they are implemented to ensure stability.

Once i get more information i will release it. We are believing in transparency about our products.

Steffen
