Hello, I am unable to complete an order in the shop.  

Sorry but I cannot see how to upload an image to this forum so here is a link to the cart screen shot with 'Unavailable' which is displayed after I click 'CONFIRM AND PAY'

Hi!

In the "City" box you need to write "Kaiwharawhara" unfortunately it cannot detect it by itself yet. We are working on that. 

The error is due to not being able to calculate a shipping address.

EDIT: I've edited the box for you, you should be able to complete the order now.

Order placed thank you.  Note Kaiwharawhara is the  suburb not the city, I have added full shipping address as a comment in the order

FYI your contact page on your website was also broken hence this my creating this forum post as an alternative

Thank you for letting me know and for the order, unfortunately TNT is not always intuitive. Regarding the contact formula, can you describe what went wrong? We receive multiple emails from it each day.

Sorry about the troubles, the website is brand new i will have the devs taking a look at it.

Up to date Win 10 / Chrome.  Frankly between the broken ordering page (and yes I still consider it broken) and the broken contact page it was only just that I persevered and bothered to post my issue on the forum, let alone follow through to make a purchase.

I completely understand, it is not acceptable. Though, thank you for reporting it in i will make sure the developers fixes it shortly.
