Hi JMB-3D, can I ask which seat that is? Its look good. Im yet to decide if I should get the seats that are available on the site or source out something else?
Was it hard to install?
Nice! Thanks for sharing
Hi JMB,
It looks like the movement is minimal compared to the FT videos....maybe the settings are "quite soft"??
Thanks for sharing.
Rgds,

Hi Sete
yes settings are low, but for a good reason, I found to much movement isn’t realistic in sim racing .
when you are using the RC you can feel everything, I think it’s down to personnel preference, all I can tell you when I spin out I know I’m going to hit the barriers or worse turn the car over, I quickly hit the big red stop button. Even with low settings it’s quite voilant, I think one thing you don’t really see but feel is the road surface and the car reacting to the smallest lumps nd bumps, you feel all the dips and most defantly feel the rumble strips when you mount them to much.
‘I would like it a bit more yaw but the Vr can’t track that movement very well, at the moment, I bought a Vive Tracker and added that to my tracking, it may be helping a very small bit.
The video doesn’t really do it justice, I’m loving it and wouldn’t want to do without it now.

Hi JMD!
So finally its here! and alive!! 😀
I got some troubles with the COM ports, but I realised I can select different ports inside the Simtools, but some movements are missing depending which COM port I have selected (with COM8 I'm losing totally Yaw movement plus no rear actuator movement for example).. did you get any similar problem at the beginning?
Thanks!

Hi Sete,
I have wrote you an email with the explanation, but to help others i will post it here too.
The port configurations should happen automatically once you install SimTools. To make it easy for you, please uninstall SimTools along with Settings (It will ask) and install SimTools again. Once SimTools has been installed it will ask you to unplug the simulator from the computer, do that and press next. After that it will tell you to plug in the simulator to the PC again. It will detect it automatically and you are ready to go!
For an easier HowTo please see the SimTools Guide on the forums, i added pictures =)

Great to hear, hope your enjoying it, one you get settled it just keeps getting better,
are you using a HTC Vive, if you are you need to read this, http://forum.fasetech.com/share-configurations/openvr-input-emulator-steam-vr-motion-compensator/#post-354
i found a solution for motion compensation that works great, you can then unlock the potential of the Race cube😀🏎🏎🏎🏎🏎
