I have patched them, executing símtools in administrator mode and they do not give me an error.

When I run "Elite" the chair is down but nothing moves.

When I leave the game, simtools gives me the following error.

“ Debug error

program c:\Program Files(x86)\Simtools\wow64ext.dll

Module c:\Program Files(x86)\Simtools\wow64ext.dll

Rum-time Check Failure#3 - The variable ‘BaseAdddress64’ is being used without being initialized. “

Hi Txerebo,

The problem can be caused by an outdated plugin, please log in to you account on the website and download the newest version of SimTools. Remember to backup your settings if you have made changes to any game setting 🙂

Let me know if it does not work and i will look into it!

This afternoon I have formatted it and reinstalled Win 10. I have done a clean installation of the Simtools and it gives me the same problem.

Both "Elite Dangerous" & “EVE: Valkyrie" do not work. When they are patched, the simtools has to be in administrator mode, if it does not give an error. I've parches them and they gave me both OK.

The games Projectc Car, Asetto Corsa and DCS work. The only difference is that when patching does not have to be Simtools in administrator mode. I do not know if it's because of this.

Thank you for responding so fast.

Yes for some reason some game require SimTools to be in administrator mode to be able to either just work or to patch them. I am not sure why, but it it on my list for asking the developer.

I'm glad i could help you, let me know if i can assist you with something else.

Maybe I did not explain myself well. The problem is that I follow the instructions, that is, patching in administrator mode. The program responds that the patch is OK. But the game does not work, as I said in the first post.

I would like to know if someone has tried it and it works. As I said I reinstalled Win 10 and it gives me the same error.

@Txerebo

Sorry for the late reply, i have had limited access to the internet the past week.

Do you still encounter the problem? I would like to take a look at it via Teamviewer if you are still struggling with it. I'm also very interested in finding a solution!

Hi, I have not found a solution to the problem, it acts as I told you in the first post. I am very interested in solving it and would not have any problem collaborating to solve it.

I have no account with Teamviewer, can you remotely access my computer? I also warn you that my English is very low, what you ask me will you have to write it because I'm not used to hearing it. If I read it, it's much better. 😀

I have used the past week to test and try different methods with no luck. I have found out that the problem lies with the plugin as it is not providing SimTools with the correct telemetry. I have sent an email to the developer and i am currently waiting on a reply. Currently there is not need to do the remote support as there isn't a solution. However, once it's solved i would love to help, there is no need for an account, we have a corporate support license. Also, text is fine i just need you to turn the simulator on and off and look for movements 🙂

I'll get back to you asap once i have a solution!

Well, at least I know it's not my fault. I'm glad to help to solve it and so we can all enjoy this great simulator.

There is a proper fix, and a temporary fix.

The fix is to update SimTools to 2.3, i already uploaded it to your account on the website. However this version have some different settings and you might not be able to use your default settings before i have tested it. If you update, please backup your settings.

A temporary solution for Elite with SimTools 2.2.5 is to follow this guide:  https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/elitedangerous-horizons-plugin.10310/page-25#post-163759

The main problem with Elite is all their updates to the game. It breaks the telemetry table every time, but SimTools 2.3 should help with that!
